• The entire house, including all rooms, will feature a highefficiency water underfloor heating system, according to standards used in Northern Europe (e.g., Poland and Germany), with pipes densely distributed throughout the floor area. • Heating and cooling will be provided by a highperformance heat pump, allowing underfloor heating in winter and cooling in summer.

• The house will have a central air conditioning system with individual temperature control in each room.
