We have completely renovated the house trying to get a harmonious and Mediterranean style.
The living room is spacious with a large bay window which overlooks the magnificent views over the sea and the mountain, also has a sofa bed (160x200), flat screen TV, fireplace and air conditioning.
One of the two terraces has an electric awning that covers it completely. The other terrace is perfect for sunbathing during the day and evening dining enjoy extensive views.
The bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm. broadband access to the pool terrace.
The bathroom is spacious and bright with skylight in the ceiling and large shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, kitchenware and also it has dishwasher to enjoy your vacation even more.
The Bungalow is in a complex with a large communal pool and BBQ and just 10 minutes walk from the Beach or the village.

APRIL, MAY and OCTOBER: 550 € / week. (minimum 2 weeks stay, for stays of more than 2 weeks, consult offers)
JUNE and SEPTEMBER: 650 € / week. (for stays of more than 2 weeks, consult offers)
JULY....850 € / week. Minimum 2 weeks.
AUGUST... 950 € / week.
FROM NOVEMBER TO MARCH INCLUDED, minimum 3 months stay. 850€/month + electricity bill.
Willing to rent to one person or a couple, quite and without pets.
